one of my favorites. The ice cream is always so good. So many flavors to pick from. I love the milkshakes . I always mix two flavors. The employees are so nice and helpful.

This was one location when I typed in ice cream parlors. Thankfully we stopped by! We came right when they opened and had a great cashier/ associate! I didn't catch her name but she had enough patience for my family and I to sample certain flavors, discuss what exactly we wanted, and then leave with big smiles on our faces! 10/10 all the way around!

I’m satisfied with the ice cream flavors however I’m not returning due to my most recent visit where I tried to pay for my order with my debit card and it was not accepting it until I put in a $1 for the tip then it accepted my form of payment This to me is just not treating customers correct if your charging for us to swipe our chip State that somewhere near check out but to force a customer to leave a tip is horrible to me! So you lost a customer It did the same thing to another customer that was there as well

The ice cream was alright. Not the best I’ve had. The one thing that bothered me was the lady didn’t wash her hands when I walked in, nor did she wear gloves while handling the brownie for my sundae. Then she took my cash. That made me uncomfortable. I wondered if she handle cash before making my treat.

A time-tested Scottsdale staple.

The owner is very unprofessional and unclean. I will never go back to this establishment. I miss the old ownership. I watched this guy start yelling at an employee while I was in there and the worker was working on my order doing a great job. It was awkward and unwelcoming. Do better.

Place very clean and a lot of ice cream but we wanted a quart of ice cream and she said the ice cream was too frozen she could only maybe scoop a pint if she could … what of course ice cream is frozen warm the scooper up she didn’t really even try to scoop it well lost 2 quart sale

Usually this place is nice but it wasn’t today. I came shortly after they opened and they had nothing available. All the ice cream barrels were dug to the bottom and I requested 2 different flavors and I was told they were out. It also didn’t help that the cashier had the other side of the ice cream station closed down. I don’t understand the point of being open and not having anything to offer. It was a complete waste of time coming to this shop today.

This place is very neat and clean.The first time I went there was awesome .No complaints here fast friendly service a very welcoming place.

The best love the parfaits

They are VERY nice, the ice cream was FRESH I got the banana pudding it was AMAZING! This will definitely be our goto for ice cream! They even have ice cream cakes!!!
