The food was okay gave very little fries I tried asking for more but they said “that’s all they gave” took about a hr for the food to come out I honestly do not recommend this place is to busy and not enough staff to accommodate everyone food is also over priced for size

Very underwhelming. Fried pickles were soggy and not crunchy at all, shrimp po boys were not good (soggy bread, barely any Remoulade, fried shrimp was soggy and not well seasoned).

We stopped at this place during happy hour. The Diablo shrimp we're phenomenal, and so was the spinach and artichoke dip. Drink prices were really good, The only negative thing that I can say. There was too much pineapple juice in most of the drinks. I believe marcy was our server, She had a great personality, very attentive, but not too pushy.

The Spot is actually one of my favorite places to go on the island. However, during peak hours, the place can get packed really quickly. Definitely a place to check out when you're in Galveston.

My boyfriend and I were able to go twice during our stay in Galveston and had the pleasure to experience the family oriented side and the 21+ side. The family side of things is quick service and self seating, and the prices aren't too bad. Plus, for those who have children and need a drink, those Mai Tai's definitely do the trick. Now, for those who have no kids and above the age of 21, this side of The Spot is my favorite it was very relaxing. Our waitor suggested the passion fruit mojito, amazing! The atmosphere there was relaxing and fun and the food was great! I appreciate the fact that they didn't rush to get our food. It allowed us to talk and enjoy our drinks without feeling overwhelmed and rushed. I definitely will be coming back again and recommend it to everyone.
