More people are allergic to gluten than you may realize; and after many health scares, founder and chef Angela Pike decided to open The Silly Axe Cafe in Louisville, KY. We are the only gluten-free restaurant and bar in the area, which means that we are completely dedicated to keeping our food free of not only gluten but also other allergens such as nuts and lactose--all without compromising on flavor.
