The Side House

Sorry, ladies, you’ve instantly gone from five stars to one star. I called earlier today to enquire about the cut off time for your all day breakfast and was told “around 2:30 depending on what we have left.” We arrived at 2:37 for the lady serving to look at her watch, shrug her shoulders, and tell us we’re too late. Zero attempt made to see if we could be accommodated, so I ordered a snack for my son because I’d promised him, but we’ll not be returning. Service is everything in a food business and today you failed.

Omg this place was amazing. a true little gem, tucked away but what a place. The staff so incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Will be back tomorrow

We sat in the garden and had breakfast and cake. The cakes are fabulous staff lovely eggs were slightly overdone but otherwise a really lovely experience oh and nice coffee too!
