The Shack

Wonderful people, food, and atmosphere. The name may be "The Shack," yet based on the food and service you're treated like family. Large portions served hot and fresh.

We had the seafood plate special. The crawfish was fresh, but the Dungeness crab was noticeably from frozen( if it was fresh, I would have given 5 stars on everything. " Other than that, the raw shucked oysters for starters was fresh. We ordered 3 dozens of them. Lol. The Seafood Bloody Mary was pretty good, too. The servers were nice and brought out the good in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place.

First visit. Great atmosphere love the outdoor seating!! Food was so good and nice and hot.

The bacon wrapped shrimp and charbroiled oysters were delicious! My server, Hailey, was a delight; professional, fast, freindly, and always right on time checking to see if I needed anything. Brilliant! And very much appreciated. I'll be back for both excellent food and service.

I love coming here for my boiled seafood needs. Let's start with the appetizers...they do not leave anything out! They have gumbo, potato salad, crab claws, fried veggies, boudin balls, alligator bites, and plenty of more!!! All so good! There are also lots of friend seafood platters and poboys. I love going and ordering the boiled crawfish for myself and the crabs for my daughters. I also love that I can get all the boiled fixings; mushrooms, garlic, potatoes, corn, and sausage!!! I am a frequent customer and will definitely be back.
