Our name is more than a play on words; it is an expression of our ethic. Our purpose is to create a welcoming, gathering space that inspires conscious consumption and community activism. We do that by offering thoughtfully sourced food, fair trade coffee, and other high quality items at an affordable price in a casual atmosphere. We go to great lengths in an effort to minimize our environmental impact. We host a wide variety of events meant to inspire and connect our neighborhood, our city, and the wider world. We strive to be simple, practical, and open to everyone.
