The Saint will offer a fresh, Italian-inspired menu, highlighted by dry-aged meat and chops, fresh pasta made in-house, and an abundance of vegetable-based dishes for vegetarians or vegans alike. The beverage program will showcase inventive spins on classic cocktails, with house-made syrups and tonics, as well as a robust wine menu with Italian wine and California reds. The 4,900-square-foot space will offer lounge seating for 120 guests, with a warm design that is a departure from the classic steakhouse. The overall design is inspired by a “saints and sinners” theme, featuring a modern art influence with contrasting moods, accomplished by using materials and design, such as wood and steel as well as bright and dark color tones.
