Food took to long to come out.
I made a massive mistake ordering from Rouxpour simply because I didn't want to sit down to dine at Fogo de chao. It takes quite a bit to offend me, yet Abby pulled it off almost instantly before I even got my cold oysters. (They weren't supposed to be cold) As soon as she walked off her coworker apologized on her behalf. I'm not even going to repeat what she said but I will say if I were managing the shift, she'd get dismissed unless ofcourse they pay them to insult people and serve cold food. She killed the whole vibe and made the hiring manager look terrible. The cooks couldn't even save the situation with decent food. Sheesh
Laid back atmosphere in a fine dining experience our waiter was extremely attentive but gave us the space to enjoy our family time. The food was phenomenal.
Great food. Great service. It's what my kids would call a "fancy restaurant" and I can't disagree with them. The food was so good we made a to go order as well. Creme Brule was the best I've ever had. Highly highly recommend.
Wont be back since changing their menu. They took off po boys and boiled shrimp which makes no sense being a New Orlean style restaurant. We used to go several times a month. We actually didn't stay to eat the last time since the menu changed.
