The Roost values itself on our handmade approach to food. We hand cut our own chicken, we patty our own burgers, and our homemade sauces are made with local ingredients. Our chicken is fresh, never frozen, and our beef is from a local butcher. We believe this approach creates the best finished product, although it may take a little more time, it helps us fulfill our motto of, "Making People Happy."
