The Roosevelt Room - Bridge Park

My husband and I went for drinks after the eclipse. There were cards on the bar that advertised half-price drinks from 3:00 - 6:00 pm that day. There was no fine print explaining which drinks were covered, so we assumed all. My husband ordered a beer and I ordered a margarita. When we asked for the check, the beer was half-price. However, not only was my margarita not half-price, it was $4 more than the listed menu price because the bartender decided to use a different tequila, though I didn't request it nor did she mention it to me. In most places, this is considered a fraudulent practice. We almost spoke up about it but instead decided to leave and never come back. In addition, the margarita was terrible. If you go, look at your bill very carefully.

As a resident of Bridge Park, I would not recommend this place. I have been in this establishment multiple times. There is a clear lack of leadership, organization and friendliness. I just walked in during the eclipse (and inside was not busy at all). I would normally post the name of the bartender, but in this case the blond lady bartender failed to introduce herself, say hi or greet me in anyway. I ordered one beer and was never told what the price or given a final price. I guess an draft Elvis Juice is $7 and change as I paid with a $20 bill and walked out. Also if paying by CC, make sure to review your final bill as my daughter and her boyfriend we’re both over charged and reported it. They were supposed to be refunded but are still waiting. Pretty sure there is zero accountability and quality control. 4/8/2024 at 2:50pm.

Love it here! Happy hour hits the spot. Kyle has done a great job putting together a team who cares about the environment they create for their guests. Jake and Ryan work well to keep things flowing smoothly. Cierra’s a phenomenal bartender. Music’s good and the drinks are great. Highly recommend for a date night or work event. Highly recommend

Roosevelt is one of my favorite places to go, the atmosphere is great and all the bartenders are so nice. Tristan always is on top of everything and is amazing at his job. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!
