8.5% ABV, We dusted off our 56k modem from 1999, plugged that bad boy into a landline and fired off an email to our good friends down at Green Cheek Beer. Together we brewed up this sick Hazy Double and hit it with the whole shebang! 14% ABV, Rich and indulgent, Midnight Oil is a bourbon barrel-aged pastry stout aged over 3 years in Heaven Hill barrels infused with coffee and hazelnut. This decadent brew offers layers of bold espresso, roasted nuts, and sweet bourbon warmth, perfect for sipping into the night.

5.5% ABV, Just A Little High (in Towelie's voice) is a crisp and lightly danky West Coast Pils that crushes hard with that rad PNW hop profile. The aroma brings notes of cannabis along with some berry and citrus. You'll also find those flavors on the pallet along with some pine and light stonefruit, tropical (mango/pineapple), and herbal qualities. It's dry and easy drinking with some killer hop flavor!

6.8% ABV, In addition to our new hand selected lot of Mosaic, we also layered in Krush (HBC586) along with some concentrated Strata CGX and Columbus Cryo. Echo is super pale and dry with big expressive flavors of danky passionfruit, honeydew melon, berry, ruby red grapefruit, and a sticky pine resin. The bitterness is in check that highlights the dryness of the beer and keeps you coming back for another sip.

5.6% ABV, Rodenbach Alexander is a blend of 2/3rd aged Rodenbach (2 year matured beer from oak standing Foeders) and 1/3rd young ale, then macerated with sour cherries

7.9% ABV, Paulaner Salvator, with its strong, typically malty flavour, is what you could call the "original" Paulaner. The bottom-fermented "Doppelbock" beer combines the finest hops and dark barley malt. The Paulaner monks used to drink Salvator as a food substitute during Lent. The most famous master brewer was Frater Barnabas.
