6.1% ABV. LOVE is bursting with hoppy tropical flavors. Built on a simple base of Pilsner malt and rolled oats, this super dank IPA has a pillowy mouthfeel and is double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Sabro. Flavors of mango, cantaloupe, and citrus will keep you infatuated.

5% ABV, German-style Kolsch ale that is crisp, light, unfussy, and crushable. It pairs great with just about any food item. Cheers!

8.5% ABV, A Hazy Double IPA is one of our most ambitious Southern Hemisphere hop showcases to date. It features eight different lots of five different hop varieties sourced from four different growers. Together, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Waimea, NZ Cascade and Manalita deliver an immersive tropical diesel and sweet fruit experience that borders on overwhelming. And that is just the nose. Once all of those hop oils light off in your mouth, there is nothing left to do but hold on tight and let the blur of spicy passionfruit, mango creamsicles, pineapple infused Sauv Blanc, sticky flower, and fresh squeezed orange juice pin you to your sea. A beer dry hopped with nearly 426 lbs of hops (see what we did there) shouldn’t be this easy to drink, but trust us- this hard charging elephant is made of pure velvet.

8% ABV, Smoothie-style sour with tangerine, marshmallow, & vanilla. If you like rainbow sherbert or fun fizzy and sweet—this is it.

11.8% ABV, Over-the-top but surprisingly approachable, this twist on the classic style starts with several types of malted barley, rye, oats and wheat. Robust flavors of vanilla, espresso, whiskey, chocolate and roasted grain are balanced by hints of date and plum, with just enough hops to round it all out. Roughly one-third of the final blend is freshly brewed beer; the rest is aged for up to a year (or more!) in both first and second use whiskey casks

If you're a fan of Guinness, this is the brew for you! With hints of chocolate, caramel and roasted coffee, it is extremely smooth and delightfully refreshing. Silver medal winner at the 2019 Great American Beer Festival.

8% ABV, Followers of the keto diet may have heard of ‘bulletproof’ coffee, or coffee with an energy sustaining addition of coconut oil (most often butter though). We thought it would be deliciously fun, and hilariously ironic, to make a beer (100% NOT keto) with Sightglass coffee and organic toasted coconut. The result is a creamy beverage that has rich notes of mocha chip ice cream and german chocolate cake.

5% ABV, A brand new beer that fills the need for that crisp and flavorful, pleasantly aromatic lite beer. Brewed with pilsner malt and judiciously dry hopped with Galaxy, Galaxy Lite is a modern tasting crushable beverage meant for big, thirst quenching fizzy sips. Lighter than a pale ale, Galaxy Lite is more like a pilsner with a bit more citrus and fruit.

7.1% ABV. We love New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. It is by far our favorite hop. No other hop has such a wide range of aromas and flavors so it’s perfect for a single hop beer like this. For the latest batch we used three different lots of 2021 crop year Nelson from Freestyle Farms in New Zealand to achieve a potent Nelson infused IPA.

7% ABV, West Coast IPA that is chocked full of NZ hops lending to sticky, juicy, and punch brightness with a dank ganja backbone!

9% ABV, This authentic Trappist Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odor, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note.

7% ABV, Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance.

8% ABV, Golden color, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast.

6.4% ABV, This beer is inspired by the Belgian native peoples of Roman times, the Eburones led by Ambiorix who fought Julius Cesar with original unseen and effective battle strategies. This Belgian blond uses a clean malt profile, mildly estery Belgian yeast strain and a tropical citrusy hop from New Zealand, Motueka. This is bound to break some boundaries, clean with a hint of Belgian yeast with a lovely subtle tropical hop character that is carried by a smooth easy drinking body. It will be hard not to like this brew, independent of which kind of beer drinker you are.\r\nWillamette and Motueka hop

5.2% ABV, Looking for something light and refreshing? You can't go wrong with a Pilsner or "Pintje" in Flemish. Loved all over the world, we present you our own interpretation of this classic style with malty flavors and a fresh noble hop aroma.

10.3% ABV, Belgian-style quadrupel with a remarkable malt profile that provides potent characters of chocolate, coffee and raisins while the yeast encompasses aromatic and flavor notes of dark stone fruit, currants, bananas, as well as spice notes such as nutmeg and coriander.

7% ABV, Looking for some more complexity? This dark abbey ale is a true Belgian staple! Brewed with an intricate malt profile and coriander, this beer deserves to be savored by you.

4.8% ABV, A light and refreshing beer everyone enjoys! Saisons are traditional Belgian Farmhouse ales. This signature session saison is brewed with a blend of Meyer's lemon peel and California Bay laurel. These local flavors are perfectly presented in this authentic Belgian style, providing a highly refreshing beer good for any occasion!

8.2% ABV, Up for something with a bit more of a kick? This strong blond abbey ale represents one of Belgium's most loved and iconic styles. Brewed with three different grains and coriander, this traditional beer is perfect for any Belgian beer enthusiast and deserves to be savored with friends!

6.5% ABV. Smooth and malty Festbier crafted for celebration. With \r\na crisp finish and balanced sweetness. The perfect way to toast!

6.8% ABV, Featured Hops:CTZ, Citra and Mosaic – We loaded this IPA with some of our favorite hops: Citra and Mosaic. The piney aroma is followed by floral and citrus notes with a smooth finish. It’s packed with hops for all the hop-heads out there who can’t get enough!

5.2% ABV, Like the complexity of a well-roasted single-origin coffee, this stout brings it all. Spiciness from the peppercorn, citrus and herbal notes from the cardamom, the roastiness you expect in a stout, and softness and palatability that only milk sugar can bring. A new take on an underrepresented style, it drinks almost like a chai latte (without the caffeine!).

6.2% ABV, Duchesse de Bourgogne from Brouwerij Verhaeghe is the traditional Flemish red ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit, and chocolate, and a long, dry and acidic finish. After the first and secondary fermentation, the beer goes for maturation into the oak barrels for 18 months. The final product is a blend of younger 8 months old beer with 18 months old beer. The average age of the Duchesse de Bourgogne before being bottled is 12 months

8.5% ABV, Beligian Pale Ale, A natural beer with a subtle bitterness, a refined flavor and a distinctive hop character. Voted ‘World’s Best Pale Ale – Belgian Style strong’

0.4% ABV, Spicy malt notes harmonize excellently with caramel-sweet nuances. Enjoyment is enhanced by the stimulating bitterness of our aroma hops and a hint of light, fruity acidity.

10.5% ABV, Annually released west coast winter triple IPA. Limited!

7% ABV, A super opaque, pale yellow hazy IPA. Dense guava and overripe fruit aroma, flavors of candy melon and orange zest with a smooth, soft bitterness and mild, comforting sweetness.

11% ABV, Double Stack is our Imperial Breakfast Stout aged on whole bean coffee from Mostra Coffee with an extreme maple syrup flavor.

6% ABV, A chocolate milk stout brewed with nibs and lactose. Chocolate Camaro rests at a bit over 6% abv and warms with chocolate and roast. The lactose lends ample sweetness without tipping into the realm of candy.

8.5% ABV, Collaboration with the California Craft Beer Association, Fruited Hazy DIPA—fermented with mango and Pineapple. Juicy BOMB.

7% ABV, Pouring deep brown with copper highlights, our Spiced Winter Ale features notes of mandarin, dark chocolate, and subtle fig undertones. It will mellow gracefully through the winter season so you can kick back and debate whether Die Hard is a holiday movie.

6% ABV, All stouts are dark and mysterious, but the VBDCK brewers deepen its typical roasted flavours even further by lightly hopping the brew or adding coffee or chocolate during the brewing process for a sweet-mocha touch

8% ABV, Citrus, Mango and Pineapple aromas abound.\r\nBut make no mistake, there is no fruit here; just a serious dry-hop regimen of Citra and Amarillo hops. We put in the perfect amount of malt backing to balance out the flavors. Citra Double IPA is as close as it gets to chewing on a hop vine. Enjoy this one fresh (at least while you can get your hands on it)!

14% ABV, Rich and indulgent, Midnight Oil is a bourbon barrel-aged pastry stout aged over 3 years in Heaven Hill barrels infused with coffee and hazelnut. This decadent brew offers layers of bold espresso, roasted nuts, and sweet bourbon warmth, perfect for sipping into the night.

8% ABV, West coast double IPA with Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, El Dorado & Amarillo hops. 8% abv chalked full of a grapefruit zest, tropical fruits and pine.

5.5% ABV, Just A Little High (in Towelie's voice) is a crisp and lightly danky West Coast Pils that crushes hard with that rad PNW hop profile. The aroma brings notes of cannabis along with some berry and citrus. You'll also find those flavors on the pallet along with some pine and light stonefruit, tropical (mango/pineapple), and herbal qualities. It's dry and easy drinking with some killer hop flavor!

8% ABV, Chaos & Caffeine, our Imperial Milk Porter with Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Vertigo Coffee Beans. The coffee that was selected with the help of their roaster extraordinaire, Ryan Morris, was their Mission Blend. His notes on the coffee - "Dark Chocolate and roasted almond mellowed by a zesty citrus and honey sweetness. The Mission blend features coffees from Latin America consistently, currently 100% from the region of Chimaltenango in Guatemala. Classic, durable, dependable, yet full of nuances like its namesake Mission San Juan Bautista, the anchor of our small town and community". We're huge fans of Ryan's coffee and are stoked with what it did to our beer. The base recipe came from a beer we brewed with a few of our homebrewing buddies

8.5% ABV. DHIPA. It brings a fruit basket of flavors to the table with ripe pineapple, tangerine, passionfruit, lychee, nectarine, and finished with lime oil complexity and brightness.

8% ABV, Radiate combines the delicious tropical flavors of guava with juicy boysenberry and blueberry. We've also added some vanilla, marshmallow, and lactose that gives the beer a candied edge with a touch of sweetness that is balanced out with the bright tartness of the beer.

6.7% ABV. Super plush and expressive Hazy IPA. Sailboat also brings in some rad flavors of mango, gooseberry, white grape, stonefruit, red plum, passionfruit, & guava with just a touch of dank. It's super plush light in the mouth

10% ABV, When the little animals in Fairyland hibernate, the Achouffe gnomes love to gather in their cottage. By the gentle firelight, they spend long evenings telling the best Ardennes stories while enjoying a delicious N’Ice CHOUFFE. Smooth and strong, with spicy notes of thyme and Curacao, this dark beer warms both hearts and atmospheres, making even the coldest winters joyful.

6.7% ABV, Hazy IPA generously hopped with Comet, Citra, and Chinook, giving it rich aromas of lychee and other tropical fruits and a balanced dose of grapefruit and citrus peel.

4.8% ABV, German-style pilsner utilizing premium ingredients to create a crisp, biscuity light beer with a subtle hopped finish.

8% ABV, Brown sugar, chocolate, toffee, frosting, and cola notes, along with vanilla, hazelnut, walnut, coffee, and toast notes, are followed by a mild sweetness and slight bitterness.

8% ABV, This Baltic porter sports aromas of brown sugar, chocolate with toffee, and coffee, this beer is slightly sweet with mild bitterness and a medium body.

8% ABV, Semi-west coast leaning hazy double IPA. Pours a beautiful orange-opaque and has wave after wave of peach rings and resin!!!

5% ABV, GF Lager made from sushi rice grain.

7% ABV, Delightfully tart, Guava Fresca delivers a balanced interpretation of the kettle sour style, with acidity, fruit, and malt flavors all contributing equally.

6.5% ABV, Double dry hopped with Mosaic and Ekuanot. A hella juicy, medium bodied IPA bursting with zesty aroma and vibrant citrus and berry flavors.

Non-Alcoholic Beer - Shandy / Radler. This mix is in a class of its own – combining the great taste of Paulaner Hefe-Weizen with natural effervescent lemonade in a non-alcoholic alternative for refreshingly fruity yet malty taste. The citrus notes of lime, orange, and lemon match the wheat beer perfectly and provide a uniquely balanced taste experience.

5.6% ABV, Rodenbach Alexander is a blend of 2/3rd aged Rodenbach (2 year matured beer from oak standing Foeders) and 1/3rd young ale, then macerated with sour cherries

8.1% ABV, Porter with a solid presence of toasted coconut layers well with the robust roasted malt & chocolate notes.

8.5% ABV, The natural aromas of the peach extracts mingle well with the hoppy-bitterness of the Scaldis Amber. A sweet initial taste of peaches, soon developing with those characteristic Scaldis yeast flavours, all riding along on a firm body. The impression left is of a balanced fruit beer that tastes full in the mouth, gifting both palate and nose with lingering notes of peach.
