Started in 2015 in Scotts Valley, California, we had a vision to start a new kind of sandwich shop, where the focus was on quality ingredients and real home-style recipes served with a smile. In October 2019 we decided to carry on that tradition at our newest location in Chico, California . ​ Here at the Redwood Sandwich Company, we take pride in offering the best quality and flavors, and we make it all from scratch and try to keep it all local.
