Alberto Cardoso-Lino, with a distinguished 25-year career in the culinary industry, currently excels as the Co-President and Executive Chef of Blue Cielo Catering and the Head Chef at “The Range” for the Elks Lodge. His journey in the culinary world began with his early experiences on a family farm, where he developed a passion for using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Chef Alberto’s innovative and quality-driven approach was honed in various esteemed kitchens, notably at Front Street Trattoria in New Jersey, where he elevated the restaurant to new heights. Following this, he broadened his impact as the Executive Director of ShopRite’s Community Food Trucks, bringing his culinary expertise to the wider community
