To start off the atmosphere is very refreshing and upbeat. It also is very clean. I got the soft shell crab to start with and it was a great portion on top of being delicious. I also got the 3 fish sushi tacos and let me tell you, I am a sushi connoisseur and they were delightful. The tortillas were the perfect thinness and the flavors popped in the tacos. It was honestly everything I could want or except in a raw taco. Owner was very nice and enjoyed our conversation. I totally recommend this place!

Awesome food. Awesome service. I recommend live music and especially live music which suites the genre. Live Asian music? Violin? Flute? Find volunteers who specialize in music which suites the atmosphere. And occasional rock, folk, be the source of life in Castleton om Hudson because you are basically the only source of food and night life on the Hudson. Hopefully Castleton gets a large funding sources for improvement, like building a mini Castleton on Hudson rail station south of Castleton then but the rail way underground, widen rt 9 to 4 lanes, buy up all houses on the Hudson side of the street, make a giant park and bike trail along the Hudson, and put the businesses on the east side of rt 9, make a 4 lane highway from rt 9 to 9j which parallels the Berkshire spur. If businesses were on the east side, and the west side was a park, park benches, bike trail from 9j, to schodack Island state park, to Rensselaer, all boardwalks never have businesses or much businesses so a view of the water is scene. Just a few changes and Castleton will have blood pumping to its loins.

Recently moved around the corner, we have seen a few post from them and the food looked fantastic. I was not disappointed went with my daughter and her boyfriend I got a bubble tea drink I've never had one I thought it was good my daughter said it wasn't her thing but I was the one paying. I decide to order parts from the whole menu to share. Got the duck buns those where good, then the Halle Barry role that was not for beginner sushi I enjoyed it then enjoyed watching my daughter try it. She didn't like raw fish. Her boyfriend got the 15 that was gone, I learned it was his first time ever having sushi and he went with raw fish and enjoyed it. I got the steak tacos to share we all liked them, then the cave man Ramen for my final dish. I was not upset at all about the 20 dollar bowl of noodles with meat veggies and egg, everyone like the broth and what they got to try from it. My daughter got the chicken Ramen that also was very good. I will definitely be return to this place.

We were looking for a new place to eat...stumbled upon this peek a boo type of place. For its location, you wouldn't expect it to be bright and open- so easy on the eyes Food was freshly prepared and hot, lots mango bits were used ( at least in what we ordered). Very good size portions for the prices, and our drinks were served in nice sized Mason jars. Presentation on the plates for the sushi... just over all...awesome.

The Poké Jar has amazing food and great service. The steak tacos and crab rangoon are incredible. I highly recommend it.

The food is exceptional. Delicious bao buns and tacos. The Sando is so good! Expertly balanced flavors. Very memorable foodie experience. We were heading to Philadelphia and willingly took a half-hour detour just to try this restaurant and would do it again. Highly recommend!!
