Went recently during the cold spell around 8:00 on a Sunday. No wait. Cool college vibe. A nice mix of people eating there (kids, older folks, couples, some hormonal male 'yoots' acting like tools, us, etc.). Pizza leans towards a thicker base crust than some places like this I have frequented. Good, quality toppings. Good overall chew and bite to the crust. Overall wonderful taste . . . likely due to the grease puddle you will find underneath the pizza if you decide to take some home. Then again, you aren't dieting if you are eating pizza, are you? Prices were comparable to other places nowadays and, as such, what you got was worth it. Salads were also great typical pizza place salads. If you know, you know. Lots of toppings. Good size. Well priced (two of us got the $10.99, not the $7.99, chef salads and could barely finish them when combined with the pizza). Staff were also great. You know the types. But they seemed to be genuinely interested in answering questions (it was out first time) and making sure we got what we wanted. Not sure I would want to be here when it was slammed, or on a hot summer day (you can tell that the place is a bit of a sweat-box in warmer weather . . . even on a cold evening). Recommended. My group had a great time. Would go again the next time I visit SLC. Dietary restrictions: Easy to find vegan options (for those who care). Parking: It was a holiday. So parking was free. It was also a bit late and cold out. So there weren't as many people out and about.
