Very welcoming atmosphere, the chef even pulled out an excellent roast at the eleventh hour in Easter Sunday: couldn't have been more grateful. Great atmosphere and challenging pub quiz. What's not to like!

Hemos ido a The Petersfield en multiples ocasiones durante nuestra estancia en Cambridge. Es un pub muy acogedor, con personal muy amable. La comida es muy buena, del mismo precio de la zona. Siempre hay buen ambiente y tiene juegos de mesa. Hay que reservar porque siempre está lleno!! 100% recomendable.

The pub has a cosy atmosphere, very forthcoming staff, and an outstanding selection of wines. We were all amazed by our experience and look forward to coming back soon again.

Came here for dinner with friends. First time here, also first night in Cambridge. The atmosphere is great. Food was too. Had the haddock and chips (large fish and fries). The chorizo tagliatelle with red wine sauce. They were very tasty. The fried squid/calamari was very well seasoned. We also had the desserts which were very good- the chocolate dome, the apple raspberry tart, sticky toffe pudding. We all enjoyed everything.

This is a great local pub in the heart of the community. Excellent range of beers, good food and convivial atmosphere. Go, eat and drink. Enjoy
