The Periodic Table

The Periodic Table is a new taproom and sake bar, located inside Public Market Emeryville. A spinoff concept from the team behind Shiba Ramen, The Periodic Table features ten rotating beer taps, pouring the best craft beer from the Bay Area and Japan. We offer an extensive selection of Japanese sake, shochu, and distilled spirits. Our goal is to help American drinkers experience sake as a casual everyday drink, outside the context of a sushi restaurant. We offer a small bar menu, including burgers, fried chicken, cheese and charcuterie plates, and items from Shiba Ramen. Our 18-seat bar is an intimate refuge inside the bustling Public Market, featuring modern design inspired by Japanese geometric patterns and chemistry.
