Birria is a Mexican slow-cooked stew from the state of jalisco made from a combination of chili peppers, garlic, cumin, bay leaves, thyme and prime beef then shredded and served with corn tortillas, fresh cilantro, and limes.

Accompanied with croutons and tomato your choice of caesar dressing or ranch avocado lime dressing

5 Shrimps chopped then marinated in clamato, house bloody maria mix, lime juice, cucumber onions, cilantro & topped with avocado and celery with a side of corn tortilla chips.

Corn tortillas stuffed with shredded chicken and bathed with a creamy tomatillo green sauce served with rice and beans.

8 oz Chicken breast topped with traditional mole oaxaqueño and served with Mexican rice and refried beans.

Corn tortillas stuffed with mozzarella cheese and bathed with mole and topped with sour cream and panela cheese, topped with chopped onions sesame seeds, and rice and beans on the side.

6 Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chipotle cream sauce served with rice.

Chile poblano stuffed with Oaxaca cheese accompanied with rice and beans & tomato sauce.

8 oz Salmon in a cilantro lime butter sauce garnished with rice and seasonal vegetables.

Two filet mignon medallions (4 oz each) with our special ranchera sauce accompanied with rice and seasonal vegetables.

10 oz Of carnitas (shredded pork) accompanied with rice, beans with corn tortillas and cilantro onions, and tomatillo sauce on the side.

Three rolled tortillas filled with fresh vegetables & covered with tomatillo sauce and gratin with Oaxaca cheese.
