While working in the kitchen one day, KT made her own creation. After roasting the fresh veggies, she grabbed a a few slices of our Artisan Panini bread, added some roasted broccoli, sauteed mushrooms, sauteed onion, a few medium hot banana peppers, avocado ranch dressing, topped it off with generous drizzle of balsamic glaze and put in on the Panini press. How could we not put that on the menu?
