Went with my husband for breakfast today. the little old white lady that was on duty was very rude. We were sitting in the back because we wanted to rest our bags there. When she came over the first thing she said to us was why are you sitting here. Not ‘good morning’ or how are you, even after I said good morning to her. Then she preceded to ask “what you want” . My husband proceeded to order and asked to hold the eggs Then she said it was not going to be cheaper price with out the eggs. He never asked anything about price just hold the eggs. While we were still ordering a white American came to her and asked where is the bathroom. Her response was it’s over there DEAR. Question - why was he DEAR and we couldn’t get a good morning or any greeting from her? When are we going to stop this Prejudice thing in America. It is so sad that you can’t go into a restaurant and get the same treatment as others. Also please stop look at my skin you never know who you are serving. When I go into a restaurant I look for someone else to bless by paying there bill no matter what their skin color is.

Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Ivelie. She was amazing, very personable and efficient. I would recommend this restaurant. The service was very good. Our food was very good. Such a nice and professional team, kudos to all of you.

Came here on a whim because my flight was delayed and I was stressed. Place was pretty packed for an airport restaurant so I sat at the bar, my bartender was Anne and she was a peach. I ordered the salmon which was very tasty and she suggested I try their signature drink Italian 75, or something like that. The drink was DELICIOUS I had like 4 of them before my flight. Anne was very pleasant and professional, her customer service was top notch. There was a very tall woman who worked there who was incredibly rude to the customers and staff, just making demands to everyone from behind her laptop. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. I could've did without her during my dining experience, but Anne, the food and the drinks were GREAT!
I know my 10 days trip in Europe is gonna be great starting off my morning breakfast at the palm. I had Julie as my waitress. She is so friendly and efficient. Love her smiles and attentive service. Keep it up!
Was looking for a seated lunch ahead of a long travel day. I was seated and 10 minutes passed without a server inquiring about my order. An individual seated adjacent and after me was promptly waited onTheir wait person could not miss that I had not been helped. They didn’t offer to assist or point another staff member in my direction. If the restaurant was truly busy that’s a possible cause, but the restaurant IMO was not that busy. I waited a few more minutes and politely informed the host of my situation. They apologized and I left to seek lunch elsewhere.
Service was fabulous- friendly, fast, and attentive. Marcello was a wonderful waiter!
