The Original Pancake House - Whittier

In 1953, after diligently collecting unique and delicious recipes from all over the world, the Highet family opened the first Original Pancake House in Portland, OR. They subsequently franchised the name and recipes into locations, spanning over half of the United States. The location in Whittier, CA opened in 2015, and has continued the rich tradition set by the Highets. In 2019, a local family became the new owners and operators of OPH Whittier. Ensuring great service, delicious food and making each guest feel welcomed, continues today with pride. Our goal; is to have everyone enjoy their breakfast experience and leave with a full belly.
