Made reservations 2 weeks in advance and when we show up they make us wait
I didn't think the food was that good. I had the chicken Marcella, very dry , no love in the cooking. The pesto Alfredo with noodles was good. I can cook better..
Wheelchair accessibility: Let's start off by saying the food here is wonderful, but the Host on 2/10/24 sucks! We called and asked if we could make a reservation and the host that evening told us no; that we'd have to personally come in to make a reservation. I asked her over the phone if they could take a party of 18, she replied "yes but you have to come in to put your party on the wait list". We immediately drove down there, we were there within ten minutes; when we arrived she told us that they could not accommodate our party and that 10 is the limit. We drove down there for nothing, waste of time and waste of gas. We then called the spaghetti factory on watt Ave where they did accommodate our party and had a wonderful time with great service and the hosts there were a lot friendlier and the waiter Christian was great as well as the Manager Erick.
Man-O-Man, No one can top The Old Spegetti Factory's Lasagna! I was coming back from a two day hike out of Pilgrim's Pass where I was helping out the Overseer up there above Slippery Rock, and all I could think about as I pushed through that snow was a big chunk of Lasagna from The Old Spegetti Factory! And that's exactly what I got, it was Spectacular! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
Still a classic place to go for a simple meal. The prices have slowly creeped up overtime but the service is still very good and the atmosphere is quite fun
The lasagna was a bit overcooked but overall pleasant experience.
