The Old Butchers Cafe & Bistro at The Hare & Hounds Pub

The 4 of of us enjoyed a fabulous breakfast here on Sunday morning. Fortunately we had booked a table as it was very busy , cafe area was full so we ate in the adjoining pub along with other diners. Service was great and our waiter ( young man ) was attentive and nice. We all ordered different dishes from the menu and each one was spot on ! Quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. No hesitation in recommending.

Me and my friend went for breakfast got to say it’s the best I have had,, the food was amazing the staff were very kind caring and helpful. The place itself was spotless so clean and organised . Service was brilliant we will be returning this weekend without a doubt , well done to Louise Claire and all the staff x

Vibrant village pub with top notch cafe attached and a BUTCHERS BREAKFAST to always look forward to! Parking: In the ancient village of Fishlake and on a sharp corner in the centre of the village, easy to find, just use your noggin when parkin!

Terrific. Really good food and friendly staff. Full of pleasant locals of all ages.
