Growing up in the southeast corner of Nepal, we learned the value of unity and togetherness through a simple yet profound tradition: making Momo. Amidst the challenges of poverty, these handmade dumplings became a source of joy and connection for our family. Every fold of the wrapper, every sprinkle of spice, was a moment that bound us closer, fostering conversations about school, friends, and cherished memories.
