Yuzu ginger Punch which features Ingredients: sparkling water, vodka, yuzu juice, lemon juice, sugar, ginger extract, star anise extract, caraway extract, pink peppercorn extract, monk fruit, juniper extract, salt, and citric acid. Cranberry Amaro Splash which features sparkling water, vodka, Fast Penny Amaro, cranberry puree, key lime puree, sugar, monk fruit, lime extract, juniper extract, and salt. Last but not least we have Spicy Salty Grapefruit which features Sparkling water, vodka, grapefruit, Disco Inferno heat, lemon, cayenne pepper, juniper and salt. All ingredients are not only natural but are actually what they say they are! Certified regenerative organic.

A handcrafted liquor from Oaxaca utilizing the rare Pasilla Mixe Chiles. Wonderfully curious. Wild dark smoky undertones with a tingling spicy. Overall smooth, with a flavor that lasts.

An amazingly crisp pilsner with some more maturity than the average pilsner. Lagered for 100 days, the the Tenement Pilsner is a wonderful refreshing beer that walks the line between pilsner and lager very well.

We got you a cocktail! This delightful cream soda is spiked with Cardinal Spirits straight bourbon whiskey.

You like Moscow mule, comrade? Try this with raspberry and hibiscus. It has red color like communist and is delicious like raspberry with ginger in back of throat (not pistol!). In Russia, mule drink you.

Take our non-caffeinated red chai blend; add a shot of alcoholic honey for a light "buzz".

This is a mixture of our smoky mezcal and sweet/bitter/floral white drinking vermouth. It is a cross-the-ocean cultural exchange of the mountains of Piedmont versus the mountains of Durango.

Thym liqueur sprtiz: Thym, cava, and soda.

We're the only place in the world you can get this. A devastatingly complex still mead with wildflower honey, black currants, black tea, rose petals & oil of bergamot. You've never had anything like this. Ever. And there's nowhere else you can get it now.

Mango/black-pepper session mead. Powerful mango-honey nose; black pepper gives way to creamy mango body against the honey base. Finishes semi-sweet.

Black tea, lemon, mead. It's an Arnold Palmer, but made with mead.

This Austrian absinthe has a mild louche with an herbal nose with hints of anise. Notes of anise accompany a surprisingly bright, complexity of flavors from its 1909 recipe, which also contains sage. It finishes with a pleasant bitterness.

A true French/Swiss style absinthe from the birthplace of absinthe. Sweetness from the anise, bitterness comes from the wormwood present in the original 1863 recipe.

Made with a brandy (grape) base, this absinthe has a strong louche; aromatics include fennel, lemonbalm, tarragon and a slightly oxidized note, like Sherry. Delicate mint and dried herb flavors. Finishes with a light bitterness. A new favorite! The distiller moved to California from Germany, so this is a weirdly foreign/domestic item.

This premium rouge absinthe has a light louche, indicating a lower amount of anise. It has notes of hibiscus, orange, and grass with a round, pleasant bitterness on the finish. Sourced from all NY ingredients and distilled on the far side of Lake Ontario.

This is the green fairy, la absinthe verte. It has a classic louche, anise with accompanying notes of hyssop, mint, and lemon. This finishes clean with minor bitterness. Sourced from all NY ingredients and distilled on the far side of Lake Ontario.

This traditional blanche absinthe has a light louche, indicating a low amount of anise. Tasting notes include anise, bitterness from wormwood, and earth. This is a very well balanced absinthe; light on louche (and therefore anise), with a bend towards floral and light, with a pronounced sweet-bitterness from a high dose of wormwood (the stuff that made absinthe illegal initially). If you're not a licorice/anise lover, this is the absinthe for you.

A very light and smooth premium Swiss absinthe. The anise is delicate yet present in this absinthe, featuring Grande Wormwood (absinthia absinthium).

Historians regard Pontarlier France as the "capital" of Absinthe. Vieux Pontarlier lives up to the tale with their Absinthe Francais Superieure. This absinthe features unique heirloom wormwood grown in the same region as the famous 19th century Pontarlier wormwood fields. The craft of the tradition has been held strong with antique copper alambic stills specifically designed to make Absinthe Francaise Superieure. Along with wormwood, they have the finest green anise, fennel seed, along with a multitude of herbs and spices distilled in grape eau-de-vie. The bouquet is quite refreshing.

A superior white French absinthe created in 1899, following methods which guarantee the highest quality and true tradition. Very crisp and light with a subtle sweetness. Reminds me of a jingle, but better and will get you inebriated.

From the first ring of Hell, we bring you this lager with a mild nose, notes of mineral, grass, and strong carbonation. This finishes clean and crisp. A shining example of a Helles (German for pale) Lager. Bottom-fermented and made of only water, hops, and barley.

Incredibly hard to find in the US. This tiny region just produces rosé. It is dry, structured, and gently laced with pleasant tannins. Fruity and rich, with finesse and length exhibited in this classic medium bodied rosé. A favorite wine of King Philip IV (1285—1314) and Louis XIV (1643—1713).

Huge fruit nose with earth. Notes of intense fruit. Finishes dry with caramel, vanilla, and black pepper. Made in a former monastery in the Loire Valley. Pinot Noir 75% | Gamay 25% blend.

From the birthplace of Malbec, this wine has a slight oak and bright nose, jammy and bold notes, and finishes tannic, squeaky, and dry.

Paso Robles Cab/Merlot/Tannat/Malbec Bordeaux-style blend. Named after our kind, obviously. We absolutely love this wine.

“Peek-pool." Light yellow color with green glints. The nose expresses exotic fruit and floral aromas as well as iodized notes. The palate is strong on fruits, followed by a weighty but balanced mid-palate and revealing a floral bouquet with lychees notes. The finish leaves a long-lasting candied fruit sweetness.

HAPPY HOT GOTH SUMMER! At sight this delightful sangria shows a light cherry red tone, clean, bright and attractive with a slight effervescence of fine, steady bubbles. The aroma is perfumed with orange rind, citrus and red berry notes. Its smell is intense and reminiscent of orange peel, lemon drops, and sour strawberry.

A brandy made from apples. Enjoy neat or over ice. A nose of triple crème, gentian, white pepper, fresh linen, and green apple skin extends to the fiery palate, pleasant tannin and slight salinity lingering on the finish.

Orange-peel bitterness with hints of mint; medium-sweet mouthfeel with bright orange notes; dry finish.

So you like Fireball, eh? Well, [slaps you with gauntlet] that's too bad. We got fancy stuff from Greece because we're those jerks. Verino’s Tentura is made from macerating roasted cassia cinnamon, Ceylon cinnamon (true cinnamon), cloves, and “secret ingredients” to produce a well-rounded cinnamon liqueur.

Coffee liqueur. Like Kahlua, only wayyyyy better.

The nose is bursting with intense aromas of exotic spiced white flowers and tropical fruit. The palate is grounded by its floral elderflower notes with a hint of lychee and saffron.

Light-bodied liqueur made from honey. Sort of like mead? If you haven’t had it, you’re a real Dyngus.

Nose: Wood, rhubarb, licorice, curry. Mouthfeel: Sweet, highly viscous; notes of mint and menthol; Finish: herbal, minty.

Herbal concoction made from olive leaves. Sweet, with a medium viscosity. Oddly delicious.

Saffron is made from the stamen of a crocus flower; it is dried and used in cooking to give rice and other dishes from Spain to Iran a bright, hard-to-explain flavor. When you drink this, you will instantly get it. By weight, saffron is more expensive than gold. This amaro has a light sweetness and medium-thin fullness, allowing the saffron flavor to dominate.

That small-leafed herb in your garden is now a liqueur! Herby, light nose; slightly sweet mouth with a strong thyme flavor. If you're in to thyme, this is simply delightful.

Aqara Agave de los Andes, this unique Peruvian spirit is distilled and made in a valley that lies between the black and white mountain ranges. The black fertile soil is used to cultivate a unique species of agave, while the snowy white tops provide clean and pure water for the distillation process. These spirits have a unique minerality to them and created with a long standing tradition. The pina is macerated for the distilling process, in more of a mash as opposed to the traditional mexican usage of agave which keeps the pina whole. when harvesting the pina for the agreste they leave on about an inch of green leaf, this provides a nice vegetal touch. This spirit has a pleasant minerality, with a smooth citrus and pine like edge.

The Plateado has a sweet tequila like nose, after you dive in with a sip you'll find that it has a clean crisp and peppery finish to it. its very clean and clear.

This is the Plateado aged in oak barrels for four months in a high altitude. The woody notes add a deep layer of complexity to an already complex spirit. There is a good level of heat to this spirit but not too overwhelming.

Jerez sherry amber in color with nutty aromas, smooth and dry. Oak finish.

This non-alcoholic smokey Negroni gets its bitterness from quinine, like in tonic water. It is wonderfully bitter and you don't miss the booze at all in this.

Refreshing, clean and balanced. This light-bodied golden ale is brewed with premium organic malts from the US & Germany paired with a combination of English and American hops that add earthy, spice-y and citrus-y character. Crafted to remove gluten, and lab tested to under 10 ppm.
