This is a very well balanced absinthe; light on louche (and therefore anise), with a bend towards floral and light, with a pronounced sweet-bitterness from a high dose of wormwood (the stuff that made absinthe illegal initially). If you're not a licorice/anise lover, this is the absinthe for you.

This brew, from Grimstad Norway, was brewed in 2016 during winter solstice, when the Norwegiens believe that the sun 'turns' direction. This beer is high in viscosity with a medium sweetness and a barrel-aged note; it finishes strong with smoke and booze. Enjoy beer from the longest night of the year (from arguably, a turning point in our history).

Mortals: do we have a wine for you. This Spanish Garnacha from the mountains of Aragón, Zaragoza (Thara-GO-tha in Spanish) has a big, beautiful nose. It has an earthy bite, big mouthfeel, and goes down super easy. What we love most about it is that it is grown in a collective farming unit on family-owned farms, is sustainable, and grown in yet another arid , mountainous plateau but these vines do not require irrigation. We're calling this a socialist red because it embodies everything great about collectivism and community in a red wine. Enjoy this with friends, as it is meant to be enjoyed!

Southern Italian Calabrian chilis are steeped into this special liqueur that has a pleasant, mildly vegetal nose. Medium-heavy in viscosity with sweetness complemented by the pepper fruit's notes; finishes with a quick, sharp heat and a little like Hot Tamale candy.
