The Mark Olympia

Along with Olympia's best Cocktails and most extensive full bar. The Mark Olympia serves Pizza alla Romana in the style of Pizza al Taglio. The Mark celebrates the balance of health and decadence. Our Pizza alla Romana is both delicious and healthy. We use a precise mix of whole grain local flour, sour dough, water and salt. Our guests love our crust that is crisp, but also, aerated and light. There are no hidden animal fats in our preparation. This keeps our pizza's while quite tasty, much lower calorically. Our flour is local, no g.m.o., and glyphosate free. The Mark is a great location for smaller more casual private events and has three different event space/rooms to accommodate
