Lovely Food and View of Newcastle from upstairs! Highly recommend!

Also very dog friendly and reasonably priced especially at lunch time with excellent portions

Honestly seriously disappointing. Staff who’d rather chat to each other than serve waiting customers. A table with 2 young couples at it who had clearly way too much to drink already yet were served more alcohol, We finally ordered and after an hour waiting for fish and chips were told it’d be at least another 30 mins waiting time. Absolute joke. And after saying he was busy the young barman went back to chatting to the girl he was working with. Can’t comment on the food as it never arrived so we left. Definitely won’t be back again. There’s an excellent chip shop in the town and too many other good places, don’t waste your time here.

It's a nice quiet pub that serves good food. Worth visiting.

Lovely seafront pub. Lovely staff. Great surroundings.

Came in on a typical wet and windy day. Staff were so friendly and food was great. Would come back
