We are known coast to coast lol ke butter and toast. Da van that know "The Man" foodtruck was birth by Dixie bbq in Bellevue and Porter place bbq in Tacoma. We are southern style bbq like Texas brisket south Carolina pull pork and Kansas City chicken. Based out on JBLM for the last 6 yrs I've relocated my kitchen at Amvets post 1 on Tyler and 56th st. Good bbq is hard to find but bad bbq is hard to eat.
