A definite pit stop if you are in Menston. Best sour dough pizzas, fab staff, great all round. Outdoor area in the back is brilliant on summery days

Best pizza ever. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The Malt Shovel is family friendly and dog friendly, with wonderful staff and a gorgeous outside area too.

Great to have a village pub again and seeing it do so well. My only criticism is too many TVs. Personally I would restrict to 1 screen except for big events but that’s just my own opinion

Not sure how to rate this pub.... The design is stark, but clean. Hate TV's, but understand why they have them. Everything is very grey. The pizzas were excellent. A good pub, but not like a country pub.
