There are four major styles of BBQ commonly recognized. Carolina, Memphis, Kansas City and Texas. But! We here at The Magnolia Pit are changing that and putting Louisiana on the BBQ style map! We have put together a careful balance of spices and notable Louisiana flavors in our house made rubs and sauces that WILL distinguish our style from the others. And like with all Louisiana cuisine our BBQ and side dishes will stand out just as proudly.
