With its ripe Meunier from the Marne Valley, this is a softly textured wine. It has a fine perfumed character, ripe white fruits and a fine finishing line in acidity. Drink now. Maison Liébart-Régnier was established by Lucien Liébart and Georgette Régnier in 1960. Right from the start they have been independent winegrowers and the current generations - Laurent, Valérie and their daughters Alexandra and Marion – are proud to make the family estate’s Champagnes today.

Barbera topped with Nebbiolo rose inspired by Italian Lambruscos, this bubbly red is light on the palate with wild blackberry and herbaceous undertones, very dry and bright, great with our pizza's!

Fermented with indigenous yeasts, this opens with aromas of Spanish broom, lychee, sunbaked earth and citrus zest. The savory palate of this intriguing wine has an earthy finesse and loads of personality, offering dried apricot, star anise and a hint of black olive alongside tangy acidity. A saline note lingers on the close.

This Chardonnay from Domaine Frédéric Lornet on the nose, it opens with bright, herbaceous notes, a firm backbone of minerality anchors the taste profile on the palate, accented by notes of salty preserved lemon and crunchy pears. Earthier undertones of fresh white mushrooms and dried peaches emerge at the core, leading to a satisfyingly dense finish. The wine opens up wonderfully to showcase earthy and stone fruit flavors.

The grapes were sourced from four different vineyard sites, each giving a unique profile to the wine. Together they shine as a whole in this wine, with aromas of mixed fresh apples, crushed stones, lemon rind and freshly picked flowers. The palate is layered and nuanced, and so much is going on that you might have to take a breath. Driven by minerality on the palate and supported by fresh and baked pears, apples and citrus, this is a stellar wine.

Bright yellow color with green shades. Intense fruity on the nose, with scent of tropical fruit, citrus, pear and fresh spices. On the palate it is full, well balanced with a good acidity. Fruity, mineral and mildly spicy aftertaste.

Classic vernaccia from Tuscany, rich complex, lots of depth, flint, minerals, point finish. Poultry and rich seafood, strong cheese.

The tiny village of Varigotti sits on the Mediterranean, just a few rows of houses and restaurants on a pristine beach, with its back against steep hills. Climb up into the hills and you will discover neatly terraced vineyards on the slopes and in hidden clearings further up on the peaks. The Ruffino family has been tending these vineyards for over 500 years. Zippy, bright & fresh, herbal notes, citrus, extremely versatile with food.

Elegantly structured and savory, restrained, aromas of dried herbs, mature stone fruit and light citrus. Apricot, sage and citrus balanced with fresh acidity on the palate. One of my personal favorites, pairs with poultry, richer seafood, shellfish, mushroom dishes, full bodied cheeses and spicy tomato sauce. This wine is both rich yet refreshing.

Family owned and operated in Etna, organic practices. Aromas of citrus and stone fruit with hints of seashell, with stony and ashy undertones. Medium-bodied, tangy and fresh with vivid acidity and a polished mineral backbone to it. Steady and focused with a crunchy finish. A blend of carricante, catarratto, grecanico and minnella.

Featured Jose Pastor Selections, Carmelo Santana's project, Bien de Altura, is one of the most exciting of the new arrivals on the Canary Island wine scene. Focused on preserving local grapes and reviving abandoned, high-altitude vineyards. Hand- harvested, organic and biodynamic (though not certified), grapes from old vines (on average 80 years old), growing between 1200-1460m - these are some of the highest vineyards in Europe, near the Pico de las Nieves, Gran Canaria's highest point. Mainly Listan Negro, with several other indigenous varieties, Bottled unfined, unfiltered with a small amount of SO2. Bright aromas, refreshing, cranberries, pomegranate, and cherries. The palate begins with bright red fruits, delicate tannins, and abundant, spicy, volcanic minerality. complex.

65 and 80 year old planted vines, just outside Nizza. Aromas of dark plum and blackberry fruit, a hint of cocoa. Juicy and broad in the mouth feel, medium bodied wine, balanced acids, fine length.

Blend of grenache, syrah, mourvedre, and cinsault. Aromas of garrigue, citrus flower and blackcurrant. Fresh and balanced on the palate, cocoa and cherry, long finish, great with a lamb, red meats.
