    • Moody Ales Vienna Amber Lager

      Moody Ales has again brewed up a delightful take on an uncommon style. The Vienna Lager pours a clear, copper with one to two fingers of light brown, lasting head. The light foam leaves plenty of lacing behind in the glass as it dissipates. Nutty aromas exude from the glass, followed by toasted malts and light herbal hops. In the mouth the beer is malt forward – unexpected for a typical lager but in this beer the dark colour portends things to come.

      he Analogue Kolsch is a traditional style beer from Victoria’s one and only Phillips Brewing Company. This mild flavoured beer pours a crisp, straw colour with a finger and a half of slowly settling head.
