The Kitchen is a Michelin-starred restaurant serving a six-course prix fixe dinner menu based upon the best and freshest ingredients available, most of which are procured locally and regionally. The executive chef and staff present the meal in a lively, theatrical demonstration format. Upon arrival, we welcome our guests to relax, order libations, and snack on hors d’oeuvres.
