Smashing little pub had an amazing and large fish and chips, friendly staff and good food. Cheap for the quality on offer.
Loved it! Cosy, friendly atmosphere and a tasty Sunday roast in front of a real fire= bliss
New management and staff were very welcoming. Typical warm village pub atmosphere with a little something extra. This was my second visit since they took over. We went for Sunday lunch and enjoyed every part of it. I hope this continues and hope everyone reading this pays a visit to a wonderful little village gem. “Keep up the great work” Vegetarian options: Nice to see this option on a small menu Parking: Lots of parking, big bays, 3 disabled bays and bike groups welcome! Kid-friendliness: I took 3 children who were made very welcome. Wheelchair accessibility: Level access with sheltered garden area.
Small/medium 'locals pub', just popped in for a couple of shandies after Sutton Bonington show. Nice friendly welcome, quiet but nice atmosphere (Sunday 4.30), locals seem friendly... Didn't try the food but it looked & smelt very good... PLUS !! We got to see the Lancaster fly-by whilst here - FAB !! (see vid) Will return when next in the area. Many thanks
