The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Niagara Falls Courtyard Marriott

The primb rib and Striploin we had were tasting great. I really like the strong grilled flavor on their steaks. The service was great as well.

The Keg at its best! Super quiet in the Falls this weekend, maybe still a little cool and not yet the spring/summer rush. Restaurant was not packed or crazy busy as can happen in the Falls sometimes. Waitress was great, super attentive and very polite. Food was delicious and didn't disappoint.

Quick service and delicious food

The last 3 times I’ve been here, part of my order had been missing. The burger and soup was tasty, the caesar salad was gross. Again, wasn’t asked if we wanted dessert after our meal.

Not a great experience. My keg size margarita was served in what i would call a juice glass. It was not made correctly and very bitter like. I skipped the normal salad and prime rib i usually have for a med/rare rib steak...pricey at $68 but it was my birthday. Steak arrived way over cooked and dry...so now my evening was in the gutter. Im not one to complain, and had many good experiences at other Kegs. Manager Chris was in agreement with me, and apologized sincerely. I accepted that...and carried on even after her offered to cook me another steak...i didnt want that wait again. Little disapointted on my birthday, but manager Chris removed my meal and drink from our bill and made things right. Thanks Chris! I would return and give them another chance...sometimes things just happen. The margarita drink needs to be addressed for sure though....you dont serve wine in a juice glass, and you dont serve margaritas in a juice glass. Someone needs a bar tending education. The drink was not made correctly, or served correctly. Thanks again Chris for your attention to the matter. Much appreciated.
