Came here for a Sunday lunch with my daughter, the food was exceptionally tasty, the portion sizes was massive far too much for us but if you have a large appetite you won't be left hungry. One little downside the green bean tasted like the frozen sort. 99.9 /100 we will be recommending this place to our friends.

Beautiful place to have a wedding

Having had two celebrations of life here, staff are always lovely & pleasant. It’s a good location not far from the crem & food seemed to be enjoyed by many.

We stayed in the Curzon room at Kedleston which we also stayed in at the back end of 2022. I was a bit disappointed to be honest. Compared to 2022 the room looked tired. The curtains were faded. The towels in the bathroom were old and one was torn. The throw on the bed was a bit bobbly, the headboard stained and there was a small rug on the floor in front of the fridge which hid a stain on the carpet. I was really surprised because the rest of the place is really lovely and the attention to detail obvious. We will be back again but I really hope they invest in the bedrooms as well as the rest of the house.

This placed has changed hands and what a transformation. No longer (and for a while) not DBC. I am so pleased I was convinced to go again and now will happily in future. The place has always been wonderful but now the service lives up to the fantastic location. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly people and I spike with the owner and she is lovely.

Had my 60th birthday party here a couple of weeks ago. It was fantastic. Such a fantastic rural location. The Orangery was a perfect setting for the party. The bedrooms are beautiful. The staff were really helpful and accomodated my special requests. The food was really good - including vegetarian, vegan & gluten free. We were given plenty of time to clear the room the next day. I cannot wait to visit again.

We got married at Kedleston Country house last weekend and it was the most perfect, special day and we cannot express our thanks and gratitude enough to Sarita and the rest of the staff that were involved. They were all very welcoming and friendly and everything ran so smoothly right from the the very beginning of the planning. We have always been made to feel welcome and all the staff are so lovely! The venue is beautiful and cosy and we had compliments all day about it. The food was as always amazing and everyone was accommodated for. We used a few of the suppliers we had met through the venue to dress the venue etc and it all added to make our day even more perfect and we will cherish these memories forever.
