Pretty great Bossam but it appears that they've raised the price from couple months ago.
A hidden gem Korean restaurant in Glendale!! We had an awesome time here. No need to drive all the way to Ktown anymore. My husband and I are so glad we found this place near Glendale Galleria. We ordered Bossam (came with soybean paste stew/Doenjang-jjiage) and Sul Lung Tang. The pork shoulder slices of Bossam are so flavorful and tender, along with the soybean paste, garlic slices, Napa cabbage and spicy Korean pickles, and wrap them together. Only one word can describe it: Delicious. See pictures and referring to the other review for the portion size, we couldn’t finish everything. The friendly server here even offered us some extra Napa cabbage for takeout :) Definitely will visit again to try other items on the menu! *There is a 90-minute free parking lot just next to it and also plenty of street parking.
I’ve been seeing this place on my way to work and wanted to try it out. The cashier was very helpful and patient with me as I asked a few questions about their menu. The food didn’t take long to be made, about 7-10 minutes. The kimbap was so delicious! It came with a lollipop that was also very good. The restaurant wasn’t busy but the atmosphere was very nice and inviting. For sure going to go back and try more from their menu!
I went with my family at around 3pm Saturday. The restaurant was not busy and the atmosphere was quiet and nice with music playing. We were seated immediately while the waitress brought us ice water. We ordered our food and waited for 5-10 minutes for our food. The food was very fresh and delicious. We ordered bulgogi with white rice, Rose Tteopbokki, bulgogi kimbap, and the food also came with sides, kimchi, macaroni, bean sprouts etc. We also ordered the Buldak fried chicken which my boyfriend’s favorite. The waitress was very attentive and even gave my 1 year old a complimentary banana milk and a brown sugar lollipop. She also asked before hand if he could have these and also asked if he had any allergies which I appreciated. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and great service. Will be a returning customer ! Parking: The first 90 minutes are free. Kid-friendliness: They had high chairs and catered to the kids as well as adults. Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot had elevators and the restaurants floor was flat and accessible for wheelchairs.
Bought sweet and spicy Korean Fried chicken (Dak gang jeong). Very good. It came with cheese and pickled radish.
I’m big fan of Korean food, I’m eating it since I was a kid and I know when I’m eating GOOD Korean food. So if you’re passing by this place or if you’re planning where to go to get some Korean cuisine - this is the place! P.S. I almost died because of the size of the portion lol. Definitely will go back for more.
