The Juicy Crab - Fayetteville

The food and l the management (Keisha) and the atmosphere was amazing! Our server (April couldn't have cared less if we were there... she never came to check on us.. we asked for refills and got ignored I even gave her the obvious look around and she dipped out to the kitchen... if I could've tipped Keisha would have bc April didn't deserve it at all and it was a Thursday night at 7pm there were maybe 5 tables dining with other servers on the floor... all while watching her talk behind the bar and avoiding us... the worst service I've ever had... Keisha deserves a raise and tips!!

Food pretty consistent .. I know what to expect... some time more juice in the bag then others

First off...walking into an establishment I am not looking to see front staff on their personal phones, with a mild but unpleasant welcome. Server was okay, food was awful. Calamari was of a thick rubber band....chicken wings were too big ugghh that noone wanted to eat them. Just a waste of money.

This Location is beneath Fayetteville they don’t allow you to place orders over the phone horrible customer service and real inconvenience If they can’t afford to take orders over the phone they shouldn’t be open in our Community, this location should be closed down this type of customer service shouldn’t be tolerated I’m very disappointed in this experience the manager is unhelpful the patriots in Fayetteville work hard for our money this is not Old national or the Westend If this establishment is to remain open I would like to see better we deserve better This community is upper middle class and we should be treated as such.Today Young acted as if he didn’t understand English they messed up my order yesterday he asked did I want a free soda for the inconvenience ‍♂️
