Unroasted coffee has a shallow moisture content, aged inside of Pennsylvania Bourbon barrels; it soaks the rich aromas inside of the internal atmosphere of the barrel. Over 30 days, the beans reach maximum saturation. After roasting, you're left with the incredibly aromatic caramelized bourbon notes and great coffee flavour.
