Used to love this place. Second time in a month that I have to go back and get a coffee replacement. All the high school girls they hire to prepare gourmet coffee are far from being baristas and its very noticeable. I ordered a vanilla latte, warm temperature and all I got was tasteless extra hot milk. When I went to the window to get a new one, one of the girls confimed my coffee was missing the vanilla flavor. They are not paying attention to orders and customers. Never again!

I like to complain to employee and about fatty girl and manager on summer July 2021 when I was there I wanna buy staff after tje fatty girl she stool my 5 dollar She's trying to lie after I told manager she also lie she was rude to me I called to police on them And manager and fatty girl they liked to me after police they didn't belive me

The in the window were super rude.

Love the coffee here. My siblings especially live the Italian soda on the kids' menu. Sometimes, the service is slow but worth the wait, depending on what you get. The workers are nice and mostly efficient in taking and handing out the orders. If you don't want coffee and like green tea or sweet things like vanilla, I would recommend the green tea smoothie. If you want to step it up with some fruit-like taste, add blackberry.

I ordered a butter rum and got a regular coffee. Coffee tasted old. Never will go back.
