The Habit Burger Grill

Our order was missing 2 french fries, 2 onion rings, and all 4 of my kids drinks. I cannot believe I didnt think to ask about my kids drinks until I walked through the door and they asked me for them. It's a 20 minute drive one way. Please double check your food. We ended up sharing the 2 fries I did receive. Also, there was no teriyaki sauce on both of our chicken sandwiches.

Incredible burger experience

Honest review here... The fries were delicious and hot, but the burger was not thoroughly cooked and raw on the inside. I could not eat it without cooking in the microwave once I got home.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Had to order via a kiosk that asked me for a tip... It then did not go be me the option to print a receipt that I need for work expenses. I asked for a printed reciept and the girl behind the counter tried to be super helpful but the "head manager" was super rude about how he is busy and I have to wait....

Yesterday night 3/6/2024, I placed an order for two burgers, fries, and onion rings. The meal itself was great and well cooked, however, 2-3 hours after eating, both my roommate and I got severely sick. Our last meal had been mid morning so we are quite sure the sickness came from the meal. Symptoms included headache, clammy hands, shivers, vomiting, nausea, stomach cramps, and more. We are sick into the next day, almost 24 hours afterwards. I do not wish to complain, however, I believe it’s important for people to know. I’m not quite sure if this is what cause the sickness, but I feel 95% certain. I have contacted the restaurant through their website just now to inform them of the concern. Hoping that no others go through this experience! I am aware there has been a spike in norovirus and am wanting to spread some awareness in case it happens to be prominent in Arizona.

I have given them three tries now through the drive-through and each time it’s 10 minutes or more to get my food.

My husband and i frequently go to Habit, for their amazing food. Today, I ordered a delicious, teriyaki, chicken sandwich with a slice of pineapple, it was so delicious! I’m already looking forward to going back. I’m going to get that teriyaki chicken sandwich again, don’t forget to ask for the pineapple…… so delicious. 5 star all around.
