The vision of Sarasota culinary icons Michael Klauber and Philip Mancini, and designed by Jimi Yui, The Green Orchid offers a garden-to-table menu with ingredients sourced from its own rooftop garden, managed by Operation EcoVets. A beacon of sustainability, its menu caters to vegetarian and vegan preferences, complemented by a unique beverage selection, with a portion of its proceeds supporting Selby Gardens.
