The Gray Lady (Nickname for Legion Field partly for its location in the Graymont neighborhood), is in the site of the original Innisfree, pays tribute to Legion Field, home of many classic Crimson Tide football moments, with hardwood cedar and maple floors marking each of the Tide’s national championships, and other UA football-themed decor such as the old-style A etched in back-lit glass. Portions of the AstroTurf from Legion Field are sealed in the bar top and displayed on the walls. Legion Field was Astroturf until it was replaced by Bermuda grass for the 1996 Olympic soccer games.
