The Grange blends together all of the elements the kitchen team believes in: responsible farming, ingredient-driven cooking, and flavorful food. The restaurant features an open kitchen design that highlights our Mario Acunto wood-burning oven. The Grange serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menus change frequently, are inspired by what’s in season and reflect our commitment to utilize goods obtained from local farmers and producers. The Grange family of restaurants is also proud to partner with local venues in Buffalo, Hamburg, East Aurora, Chaffee, & Ellicottville to provide full-service wedding & large event catering.
