The Gourmet Shop

This was my favorite place until I brought a guest and discovered they no longer have their crusty French Bread. They changed it to a different one that is soft and thick in the middle and just changes the taste of the sandwiches and bread basket completely. I was so disappointed. Why change something when it was great in the beginning. Some people will think it is the because of shape the looks on the outside. No comparison to the crusty one.

Very cute place! Service was very very slow.. and my order got messed up twice.. I ordered ice coffee but they gave me hot one. I ordered salad for the side, suddenly fruits came out..

Went today; usually don’t do reviews as I like to spread positivity and love. Today’s service was awful. Server was abrupt and not friendly at all. Then when I went to check out, the guy checking me out was rude too. I was trying to calculate my tip on my phone and the guy thought I was texting. Completely unprofessional and out of line to be questioning what I’m doing on my phone. Sad because I’ve been going there for years and won’t be back. It takes a little kindness in the world to change it and the world. Sad.

The food was average for the price point. The service was slow. Forget getting a drink refill. Parking: Busy street

The food and service staff is always great . The Gourmet Shop is our favorite place to have brunch! Wish it was bigger but love the atmosphere and shop. It's almost like being in France. Keep up the great job.
