While this coffee is blended with espresso in mind, its approachable, balanced profile works great in almost every brewing style, from french press to cold brew to filtered coffee. This blend is roasted medium in a classic style cast-iron drum roaster.  Hummingbird nectar will make you flap your wings.  Brewing recommendation: We use this blend for espresso in our cafés and we recommend this coffee for you to use in your home machine. We pull our espresso as a double ristretto shot. We’re proud to share this rich decaf experience that won’t leave you wishing it was the good ol’ stuff. While the origin rotates, our decaf offering is always water processed, and never uses any chemicals in the decaffeination process. This process also retains many of the oils (and therefore body and flavor) that are often lost in other decaffeination processes.  We roast it medium in the classic style of a cast-iron drum roaster.
