I recently had dinner here and was deeply disappointed by the experience. Not only was our food delivered significantly later than promised, but the interaction with the staff was also far from pleasant. Adding to the frustration, the restaurant failed to communicate the last call for food, leaving us with fewer options than expected. Our order was served super late, which disrupted our plan for the evening. Upon arrival, when we expressed our disappointment about the delay. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was surprising and unacceptable. Moreover, we were not informed about the last call for food, which would have allowed us to make necessary adjustments to our order. This lack of communication shows a disregard for customer service and satisfaction. This experience was not only frustrating but also disheartening. It negatively impacted our evening. DON'T DINE HERE, THEY DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS. SUPER RUDE AND DISSAPOINTING!!! I would give them a zero if I could!

The food at the restaurant was undoubtedly of high quality, offering a delightful culinary experience. However, I must express my disappointment with the managerial aspect, particularly with the manager named Baeu. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the lack of transparency as they failed to mention the last call. When we raised this concern with Baeu, the manager's response was unsatisfactory, as they did not acknowledge the lapse nor provide a reasonable explanation. This lack of accountability was disheartening and left a negative impression on our overall dining experience. ‍

We went with some friends and we were so surprised. The food was excellent, and anything but boring or generic, despite the impression we got walking in. Service was wonderful even though we had a big party, and it's a nice environment. We'd love to go back. Easy 5 stars!

It was my first time eating here. I got a Reuben sandwich and it was okay. I've had better but it wasn't bad. I didn't try anything else on the menu so I can only say the Reuben was okay, there may be better stuff on the menu though. But the place was nice, it was clean, the service was great and it wasn't too long of a wait for lunch, especially being in Old Town Temecula. I would probably go back if I was visiting Temecula again but I would try something different.

I love the Saloon Steak and Mushroom Melt sandwich, but I ask for it as a wrap or salad. It is so good. If you like thinly sliced, tender beef, sauteed mushrooms, and cheese then this is for you . There is a sauce on it that is very good too. For me it served as my dressing. It is a must try in my opinion. I also love the Greek Salad with the blackened chicken added to it. The service is great and they are so attentive and friendly. Definitely a go-to place in town Two thumbs up! Their pizzas are fabulous as well. While I love the regular crust (yum) the gluten free crust is also good. A little more on the crunchy side, but the toppings of the pizzas are so good that I don't even care I am not eating real crust. Go check it out!
