Took over 15 minutes to be greeted, took 10+ minutes after that to get drinks. This is with THREE OTHER TABLES only in the entire restaurant. Food took 30+ minutes and all of it was ice cold. These times are correct because I was running a stopwatch after our initial wait for the greet. Our server was nice but not necessarily a good server. I didn’t dare say anything about the cold food not only because it would have taken forever to get a remake but no one bothered to check on us after we got our food. When everyone you have on the floor is just standing in the expo window doing nothing when multiple people in the dining room clearly need things or are upset with speed/quality of service, that’s not a good look. This behavior/experience seems typical, I have been here multiple times and it has always been like this. Something needs to change with management or base level staff or both. Kitchen needs to get it together too. Bad experience every time!
We absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is really nice, the happy hour menu has a different dish for every weekday at a great price, and the burgers are amazing! In particular, we really enjoyed the Nashvegss burger. I am a sucker with anything with pimento cheese. The bacon on this burger is so delicious too. This is going to be a place we frequent!
Prices go up. Quality goes way down. Ordered a pizza. The entire outside ring of peices had no toppings. Over cooked. The entire outside is like eating cardboard.
Came for a birthday and ordered a pizza. When it came out it was severely undercooked. Sent it back to be put in the oven. 10 minutes later it comes out and is still very undercooked. Don’t understand how they can send a pizza out with crust that is still doughy. Disappointed to say the very least
