Our cult hit classic! Crumbled bratwurst overtop a basket of fresh, hand cut fries, topped with nacho cheese and grilled onion. Big enough to share! We recommend adding one of our chimichurris (garlic or spicy) on top for the ultimate choripapas experience!

The gringa’s “slap yaself” black bean burger topped with spicy Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, sliced onion, mayo and avocado served on toasted egg bun, with side of fries.PLEASE NOTE: The black bean patty itself is vegan (utilizing a flax meal egg replacement) though it is topped with cheese and mayo by default. Additionally, our black bean patty contains bread crumbs in the recipe.
