Aged for 9 years and bottled at 115 proof, this bottle is a truly special expression of what time in the barrel and proof can do. Similar in some ways yet different in others to your typical on-the-shelf Knob Creek, this bottle is an excellent addition to anyone's collection.

We produce Hunt Country to have a long, satisfying finish that ties together a sweet dessert character and satisfying spice for a perfect pour. This single barrel release has been mindfully bottled at 100.5 proof for a bold yet easy drinking whiskey, built to stand up on the rocks or in the cocktail of your choice.

Each barrel from Hunt Country is at least 9 years old and features a high rye mash bill for additional complexity. Our distillery team hand picks exceptional barrels from every lot, setting them aside for our private barrel program. This barrel, selected by the team at the Fountain Inn, was bottled at two proof points: this uncut cask strength version (120.22 proof) and a mellower 100.5 proof. Each barrel tells a unique story and demonstrates the depth, complexity, and individuality every barrel of bourbon shows at our distillery.

A delightful higher proof single barrel rye, this bottle is perfect for drinking neat, on the rocks, or mixing into your favorite whiskey cocktail. Uncut from the barrel, this exemplifies some of the beloved and unique characteristics of the New Riff distillate.

Discover the bold flavors and exceptional craftsmanship of Old Weller Antique wheated bourbon. A wheated bourbon with a full-bodied flavor and a balanced palate. W. L. Weller Antique is bottled at 107 proof, offering a complex taste and bold finish. It’s certainly a recognizable member of the Weller label, with its own unique characteristics to compliment the high proof.

As part of the wheated bourbon family, this twelve year old W.L. Weller is aged far longer than most wheated bourbons. This offering is a smooth, easy-going and balanced offering with a beautiful deep bronze color. Aromas of lanolin, almond, creamed corn and toasty vanilla. The mid-palate flavor is heavily wheated, layered and moderately sweet. Long, oaky, and intensely smooth finish.

The Original Wheated Bourbon Whiskey features an exceptionally smooth taste, substituting wheat for rye grain. Bottled at 90 proof, this bourbon stands out with its burnt orange color. Its softer flavor notes make this bourbon great for sipping or making cocktails.

This wonderful bourbon is bottled as close to barrel proof as possible. We add just a splash of our Kentucky limestone well water when we empty the barrels for bottling. Thus, this whiskey is as smooth as any you will find. The more water you add to whiskey from its natural barrel proof to its bottle proof, the harsher it becomes. This 107 barrel proof seems to be just right.

Van Winkle Special Reserve is the perfect combination of age and proof. This sweet, full bodied whiskey has been described by some as 'nectar.' We agree! The 12 years of aging and medium proof of 90.4 seem to be just right in creating a very pleasant drink of whiskey. This fine bourbon can compete with any excellent cognac as an after-dinner drink.
